Fantastic to see this commentary in the Financial Times highlighting Women in ETFs‘ progress, and the role of diversity in the investment business in general. I remember joining about 50 friends and clients for coffee at an industry conference in Florida perhaps the second year the group met and finding the energy and camaraderie of this group of women refreshing and exciting. I am indebted to these friends and the wider circle of members today for educating and encouraging my role as an ally.
