Another great example of how hybrid work programs are not a one-size-fits-all solution. We continue to see a wide variety of programs from our clients, most of which seem to be working very well. They range from 5 days a week in the office on a fully voluntary basis in smaller SMSAs where everyone commutes less than 1/2 hour to the office in their own car with free parking, to a clear best practice around three days in, two days remote in larger SMSAs where the majority of the workforce commutes by public transportation more than 30 minutes.
