Russell Investments has named William Blair’s head of investment management Michelle Seitz as its new chief, succeeding Len Brennan. According to George Wilbanks, the firm’s choice fulfills one of the priorities in executive searches in asset management, which is to find women and minorities to take on leadership positions.
