Big shout out to both ICI Chair George Gatch and Vice-Chair Ted Truscott for their time spent networking in the exhibit hall of the 2019 ICI GMM . It sets an important example for the leadership of the association at every level. Treating members as clients and, therefore, being highly visible and accessible, particularly at events, is a critical part of association governance best practices today.
