Janus is splitting up its technology and operations into separate divisions following the retirement of global head of technology and operations George Batejan. According to George Wilbanks, “Rather than being chief practitioners, technology and operations leaders are now being asked to function more as ‘quarterbacks,’ stitching together in-house and outsourced teams and working closely with investments, distribution and compliance to meet increasing demands while keeping costs low.” By Jackie Noblett
