At Wilbanks Partners, we have been experimenting with and using a wide variety of sophisticated computational algorithms to sort data and discover relationships for over seven years now, culminating with numerous LLMs in the last 18 months. These efforts have proven productive in speeding the research and reference phases of our search work and have allowed us to go from six support staff to four; however, these tools have not fundamentally changed the quality of our search work.
We remain very interested in advances in computational power to assist our work and everyday lives and will stay tightly engaged with developments across the industry on multiple platforms, but the observations of this Institutional Investor coverage match our experience to date. Great work by reporter Michelle Celarier, editor Julie Segal, and the rest of the Institutional Investor team. Keep it up and stay vigilant!
