None of these efforts are perfect, but there are no longer any excuses for not taking the risks associated with allocating the time and financial resources to launch these DEI/D&I training and awareness programs. The ultimate success of these programs will only come through iterative exploration in implementation. The clients we work with who have begun the journey are quickly differentiating themselves in the market for talent from those who are waiting.  By Nora Zelevansky
