George Wilbanks

George spent over 20 years building the asset and wealth management practice at Russell Reynolds Associates to an industry leading position before starting his own firm. Earlier he had worked with a venture capital and family office business, Agtek International, and then The Dreyfus Corporation in business development as Assistant to the Chairman. A graduate of Williams College with a degree in Political Philosophy, he subsequently earned his MBA in Marketing at New York University’s Stern Graduate School of Business.

Beverly Love

Beverly worked with George at Russell Reynolds Associates in the asset and wealth management practice. Previously, she worked in the office of the Chief Economist of Morgan Stanley & Company for five years. She earned a Masters from Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University. She is also an emerging jugendlich dramatischer soprano with an extensive repertory.

Sara Tillett

Sara Tillett assists Wilbanks Partners in project management. She previously held administrative roles with Lea Black Enterprises and the Dickinson College Department of Music. Additionally, she was a Graduate Assistant in the voice department at Binghamton University. An operatic soprano, Sara recently completed a Professional Studies Diploma Mannes School of Music in NYC. She earned a Master of Music in Voice & Opera from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Dickinson College. She received a minor in Italian Language and Cultural Studies with additional study at Florence University of the Arts.

Claudia Kidder

Claudia has over 25 years of financial services industry experience. She initially spent a decade with GE Capital as a Senior Account Executive and subsequently held senior recruiting roles with Aon, the New York Federal Reserve, Ernst & Young, and Standard & Poors, before founding C.E. Kidder Research in 2009. She received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts, a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College, and is a member of the Special Libraries Association, SCIP, and AIIP.

Cristina Junco O'Reilly

Cristina Junco O’Reilly assists Wilbanks Partners with its digital initiatives. She most recently spent 3 years in Operations Support with the e-learning platform, onQ. Prior to that, she had succeeded Carol Karpf as Director of the SaltLight Center and served as Head of Digital Initiatives for Family Promise of Gwinnett County. She began her career as a Lead Instructor in the D. Scott Hudgens Early Education Center at Gwinnett Technical College. Cristina earned a BS in Child & Family Development from the University of Georgia.

Eric Urena

Eric Urena is a digital entrepreneur, bilingual content producer, and Cisco Certified Network Associate. He assists Wilbanks Partners in all website management, digital marketing and digital security issues. He was a member of the youngest team to receive funding through Startup Chile, a Chilean government seed accelerator, founding Lumeo Studio, which has amassed a total of 1 billion video views across all social media platforms. He previously served as a Content Creator and Social Media Consultant for Futurism, Dose, and Gilded. Eric is a member of the New York University Kairos Society Entrepreneurial Chapter.

Neil Callaghan

Neil has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and founded SIEN Research. He worked with George at Russell Reynolds Associates for a decade, heading the Asset & Wealth Management research activities. He began his career in research with Wasserstein Perella, and has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Stonehill College and a Masters in Information Sciences from Long Island University/C.W. Post.

Ashley Rizzo

Ashley Rizzo assists Wilbanks Partners assists research and project management. She most recently worked in the office of the CEO at Contramore Communications. She previously held various arts administration roles with MetroWest Opera, Boston Youth Symphony, and Harvard-Radcliffe orchestras. In 2016, Ashley oversaw communications and public programming for the Art, Culture & Technology program at MIT and was selected to represent the school at the Future Fictions Summit in Reykjavík, Iceland. She began her career as an operatic mezzo soprano and earned Master of Music and Bachelor of Music degrees from New England Conservatory.
