George Wilbanks

George spent over 20 years building the asset and wealth management practice at Russell Reynolds Associates to an industry leading position before starting his own firm. Earlier he had worked with a venture capital and family office business Agtek International, and then The Dreyfus Corporation in business development as Assistant to the Chairman. A graduate of Williams College with a degree in Political Philosophy, he subsequently earned his MBA in marketing at New York University’s graduate school of business.

Beverly Love

Beverly worked with George at Russell Reynolds Associates in the asset and wealth management practice. Previously, she worked in the office of the Chief Economist of Morgan Stanley & Company for five years. She earned a Masters from Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University. She is also an emerging jugendlich dramatischer soprano with an extensive repertory.

Claudia Kidder

Claudia has over 25 years of financial services industry experience. She initially spent a decade with GE Capital as a Senior Account Executive and subsequently held senior recruiting roles with Aon, the New York Federal Reserve, Ernst & Young, and Standard & Poors, before founding C.E. Kidder Research in 2009. She received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts, a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College, and is a member of the Special Libraries Association, SCIP, and AIIP.

Carol Karpf

Carol most recently served as Founder & Director of the SaltLight Center, an emergency homeless shelter for woman and children, and as an advisor to its parent organization Family Promise. She began her career with Ernst & Young as an Analyst in the Fraud & Investigative Disputes Services Group and subsequently was an Marketing Associate in the firm’s Financial Services Advisory Group. Carol earned a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and is a member of the Gwinnett Neighborhood Leadership Insitute.

Neil Callaghan

Neil has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and founded SIEN Research. He worked with George at Russell Reynolds Associates for a decade, heading the Asset & Wealth Management research activities. He began his career in research with Wasserstein Perella, and has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Stonehill College and a Masters in Information Sciences from Long Island University/C.W. Post.

Elizabeth Lehmann Hill

Liz founded Virtual Support Gal, LLC in 2007. She specializes in supporting Wilbanks Partners with its digital initiatives including email newsletter support, website maintenance and other online tasks. Liz received a BA in Communications from Quinnipiac University with a focus on eMedia & a minor in Computer Information Services in 2006. She has extensive experience in information technology, business communications and various online platforms.
