The IDC 2023 Fund Directors Conference in Chicago last week was a home run! Congratulations to Thomas Kim, the staff of the Independent Directors Council, IDC Chair Cynthia Plouché, and the entire IDC Governing Council.
The programming and speakers were interesting and educational, and the networking with over 350 peers was excellent. In particular, it was great to catch up with our successful candidate Jennifer Choi as she sets off on her governance journey with the team at the Morningstar Funds Trust.
I am already planning to reconvene with many friends at the ICI Investment Management Conference in Palm Desert in March 2024, and I will be back to join this group again in October 2024!
