“The new HQ will be radically different from the old one, owing largely to design trends predating the Covid-19 pandemic. ‘When we started designing the headquarters building, we envisioned that employees would be more unassigned and more flexible in how they worked,” said Dustin Sarnoski, the firm’s head of global realty. “So one of the challenges we thought we were going to have was getting that culture and getting people prepared to move into a more flexible environment in the design.
